Donor Management Training Programme

The Donor Management Training Programme consists of a 2-day interactive training about donor management with a view to understanding the entire donor management process: all aspects in blood banking that involve the donor. The training programme addresses several topics, organised in five modules: the donor management process, donor data base management, donor marketing and communication, collection operations management and donor safety.
