TPFS Jointly Celebrates ITD2022 and Silver Jubilee Anniversary
The Thalassemia Patients Friends Society-Palestine (TPFS) celebrated the 25th anniversary of its foundation, which coincided with the marking of the International Thalassaemia Day (ITD) 2022, on May 8th.
Under the slogan ”Hope Expands”, the Society planned multiple offline and online events aimed at reflecting the progress achieved in the last 25 years and the challenges still ahead.
The events’ planning focused on presenting TPFS’s national achievements, putting the spotlight on patients’ social and economic issues, and reflecting the success stories of the patients in terms of health services and all around wellbeing.
