THALIA Press Conference 2018

The Thalassaemia International Federation organises a press conference in Nicosia to present the THALassaemia In Action (THALIA) project, a Multiannual Work Programme (2018-2021) co-funded by the Health Programme of the European Union, which aims to ensure that migrant populations to EU countries have equal access to healthcare. Very importantly, the THALIA project aims to promote a tailored, comprehensive and holistic approach to haemoglobinopathies in Europe, an approach that it is not equally applied across the EU member states.
