Registration Process

   2. The secretariat will send an email with a proforma invoice and bank transfer details for payment in a U.S. bank account if space is available.
   3. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email with detailed registration information.

Registration Fees

1. 1. Patient/Parent: $460
   2. Healthcare Professional: $530
   3. Exhibitor: $650
   4. Industry Representative: $850

Registration Fee Includes:

1. 1. Access to conference areas based on category.
   2. Conference materials.
   3. Food & beverages during the program:
      • July 11: Afternoon coffee break.
      • July 12: Breakfast, morning & afternoon coffee breaks, lunch.
      • July 13: Breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch.

Cancellation Terms

1. 1. Cancellation within the first 24 hours: Full refund provided.
   2. Cancellation before May 31, 2025: 50% cancellation charges apply.
   3. Cancellation from June 01, 2025, and onwards: 100% cancellation charges apply.
   4. Visa rejection cancellations (to enter the USA): Full refund up to June 20, 2025; cancellations after this date incur full charges.

Accommodation Details

Venue: Hyatt Regency Crystal City

1. 1. Room Rate: $162 plus taxes (currently at 14.5%; subject to change).
   2. Room Rate Validity: Single and Double Rooms.
   3. Rate valid for stays from July 09–15, 2025; additional dates may incur new rates.

Accommodation Requests: First come, first served basis.

Cancellation Terms for Accommodation:

1. 1. Cancellation within the first 24 hours: Full refund provided.
   2. Cancellation before May 16, 2025: 50% cancellation charges apply.
   3. Cancellation from May 17, 2025, and onwards: 100% cancellation charges apply.
   4. Visa rejection cancellations (to enter the USA): Full refund up to June 10, 2025; cancellations after this date incur full charges.
