We are proud to announce the release of the official International Thalassaemia Day 2025 Report—a powerful reflection of a global movement that continues to redefine care, advocacy, and awareness for the thalassaemia community.

This year’s campaign, led by the Thalassaemia International Federation (TIF) and its 242 member-organisations across 67 countries, was guided by the unifying theme “Together for Thalassaemia: Uniting Communities, Prioritizing Patients”, and the rallying calls #WeAre1 and #PatientsFirst.

The ITD2025 Report offers a comprehensive overview of the campaign’s far-reaching impact, featuring in-depth statistics, inspiring community stories, and highlights from the dynamic range of global activities—including the illuminating “Bring Thal to Light” initiative, the heartfelt “Your Journey, Your Story” project, and our interactive Global Activities Map.

The report also spotlights meaningful partnerships with industry leaders, medical associations, and grassroots initiatives, alongside TIF’s active engagement in national and local events.
