The Centre is dedicated to the diagnosis and management of red blood cell disorders in Denmark. Also, it provides services to patients from other Nordic countries, where the prevalence of haemoglobinopathy carriers remains low.

TIF Medical Consultants conducted the on-site assessment of the Centre on 9 April 2025.
