Mr. Panos Englezos is a graduate of the University of London, with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of a group of companies that he established in 1961. His deep and lifelong commitment to supporting patients and parents affected by β-thalassaemia major began in 1969 when his son, George, was born with the condition. This commitment led him to play a pivotal role in the development and promotion of Pancyprian support groups for patients and parents.
