Ms Lily Cannon

Lily Cannon holds a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University, and an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.

Lily Cannon holds a BSc in Psychology and MA in Human Resource and Knowledge Management from Lancaster University, and an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire. Whilst in the UK, she worked under a voluntary basis at St Helen’s Women’s Aid, Therapeutic Services with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. In addition, she was involved in the setting up of the National Committee of the European Youth Parliament in Cyprus, participating both as an organiser and a chair in national sessions. Since December 2010, Lily has been a member of the Staff of TIF. She held the post of the Policy, Public Health Affairs & European Organisations Senior Officer until 2014 when she assumed the post of TIF Office Manager. Her role deals primarily with the issues concerning the European region, including the monitoring and developments of policies deriving from the European legislative bodies of the EU Parliament and Commission. In addition, her work revolves around advocacy, networking, initiating and furthering collaboration with European organizations. Furthermore, she takes on a leading role in the organization of TIF’s educational events, particularly the Pan-European and International Conferences.

Since December 2010, Lily has been a member of the Staff of TIF, in charge of the newly-founded Cyprus Alliance for Rare Disorders. She now holds the post of the Policy, Public Health Affairs & European Organisations Senior Officer.
