As preparations here at TIF for many exciting materials and activities are intensified, we are sharing with you today the official theme for the International Thalassaemia Day 2021, which is entitled:
»Addressing Health Inequalities Across the Global Thalassaemia Community »
This theme is directly associated with TIF’s »Global Thalassaemia Report », an ambitious work the Federation has been developing these past few months which documents the current state of provided healthcare to patients with thalassaemia across the world and highlights the vast inequalities and unmet needs that afflict them.
